imc Calibration & Adjustment
imc devices are supplied with a factory calibration certificate and fully function-tested. In the course of operation and depending on the operating conditions, the measurement uncertainties change. This is monitored by regular calibration (e.g. DIN EN ISO 9001). imc guarantees its calibration values for a period of 12 months. After this period, the system should be calibrated and, if necessary, adjusted. We recommend calibration every 12 to 24 months, depending on the use of the device.

The Service Check includes the system maintenance of our imc products according to the service interval plan as specified by the manufacturer, as well as a complete function test. If you want to ensure the reliability of your measuring systems and protect your investment, the Service Check ensures maximum availability.
Send device to service
Is your device defective or does it require calibration, system updates or a conversion? Here you can find out what you need to do if you want to send your device in for servicing.
If your device is defective, you can send it in for repair. Please be sure to use the service form and follow our instructions, especially our information on transport insurance. You are welcome to send us the completed form in advance by e-mail.

The Express Service includes preferential and fastest possible processing at imc within 5 working days plus shipping. This service can only be used after consultation and confirmation of the date by the imc Service Center. Further claims are excluded.
